摘要
目的:建立超高效液相色谱法测定八角莲中鬼臼毒素的含量。方法:WATERS ACQUITY UPLC色谱系统,WatersACQUITY UPLC@BEHC色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1 moL.L-1磷酸二氢钾水溶液(50∶50),流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为290 nm。结果:鬼臼毒素在0.4~8.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.60%,RSD=1.57%。结论:该方法高效、快速、灵敏,为八角莲的质量控制提供了新方法。
Objective : To develop a UPLC method for the determination of podophllotoxin in Dysosma versipellis. Method : UPLC determination was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLC BEHC column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)with methanol-0.1 moL.L^-1 KH2 POa (50: 50) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 moL.L^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 290 nm. Result: The linear range of podophllotoxin was 0.4-8.0 μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ) with the average recovery of 100.60% ( RSD = 1.57% ). Conclusion : The method is efficient, convenient and accurate, and it provides a new method for the quality control of Dysosma versipellis.
