从新制度经济学视角分析有组织犯罪

有组织犯罪在某种程度上可以看作是一种社会制度的提供者,其作为一种社会组织形式发挥着相应的社会职能。新制度经济学将制度作为推动社会发展的因素和研究对象,通过对社会组织的绩效衡量来解释社会发展的原因。在新制度经济学的视角下将有组织犯罪作为一种企业组织形式进行分析,研究其发展的特征和规律;并通过新制度经济学的观点对有组织犯罪组织及成员个体的行为做出解释,将有助于更好控制和打击这一犯罪模式。

Organized crime can be seen to a certain extent as the provider of a social system, which plays social functions as a form of social organization. New Institutional Economics system, as factors to promote social development and study, explains the reasons of the development of the society through performance measurement of social organization. This article, from the New Institutional Economics Perspective, considers organized crime as a form of business organization to study the characteristics and laws of its development; explains the behaviors of organized crime organizations and its members from the point of view of the New Institutional Economics.
