摘要
因为交流电机是一个复杂控制对象 ,很难建立精确数学模型 ,而模糊控制器不需要被控对象的精确数学模型且对控制对象的参数变化不敏感 ,鲁棒性强 ,故选用模糊控制方案。论述了采用模糊控制实现三相交流异步电动机主轴定位的设计思路、模糊控制器的设计过程及定位系统的硬件连接。通过软硬件调试结果证明了控制方案的正确性。将模糊控制应用在异步机定位控制系统中 ,异步机采用能耗制动方式 ,并加入自组织模糊控制策略 ,进一步提高了系统的定位精度 ,该系统定位误差≤ 0 .
It is difficult to establish the precise mathematical model because three phase asynchronous motor is a strong coupling, nonlinear and multi variable system.However,fuzzy control can control the plant without the precise model of the system,and mimic human like reasoning with automata. Therefore,fuzzy control is chosen in the study.How to make precise position through fuzzy controlled asynchronous motor is explained in detail. Specified design process of fuzzy controller and hardware connect of position system. Result of design and experimentation proved validity of command.The precision of position system can be increased by applying fuzzy control in the orientation system of asynchronous motor using energy consumption brake model and self organized fuzzy controller,whose error≤0.7°.
