PRODUCTION PATTERN AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

生产方式是企业资源的配置方式。随经济环境的变化 ,生产方式经历了作坊式单件小批生产、大批量生产和多品种中小批量生产的变革。而多品种中小批量生产方式满足市场需求的同时 ,增加了管理的难度。供应链管理理论与方法的提出 ,对解决多品种中小批量生产方式下的管理问题 ,提供了十分重要的理论依据。分析供应链管理的基本思想 ,探讨多品种中小批量生产方式下的供应链的物流与信息流管理 。

Production pattern is a manner of distribution of enterprise's resources.With development of economy, the production pattern is changing from mass production to middle and small sized production.The multiple middle and small sized production satisfies to the market needs,however,it increases the difficulty in the management of the enterprises.The principles and methods of the Supply Chain Management, SCM, provide the theory basis for solving these difficulties,which is very important to analyze the basic concepts of SCM and discuss the logistical and information management of SCM for its implement.
