摘要
新想法认为,在现今科技、工艺水平下,衡量湿敏传感器性能的首要标准,应从以前注意高灵敏、好线性方向转变到快响应、小滞后、高精度和高稳定方向。对感湿材料,应当强调使用对水的吸附熟低于42kJ/mol的低活性、低吸附的低湿敏材料。 文章从几个方面说明新想法形成过程,列举在新想法指导下湿敏传感器研究所取得的一些突破性进展,从而提出对气敏传感器的研究也不无作用的新想法。
A new ligt on the research of humidity sensors is described. Fast response, low hysterisis and long-term stability are considered to be the most important parameter of a device, and the humi-sensing material should to be the less-sensitive material to humidity, which will not dissociative chemisorption of water molecular, and its adsorption heat for water is about 42kJ/mol.Distinguished progresses has been made in humidity sensor research under the guidance of the new idea. This new idea will probably be helpful in gas sensors.
