摘要
利用刚塑性有限元方法分析了异型扁坯的轧制成形过程,首次阐明了横向倾斜接触表面上节点速度分量之间的约束关系,得出异型扁坯宽展、筋高充满度及轧制变形和力能参数的变化规律,其结果与实测值相吻合,并求得变形区内部的变形场和金属质点流场。
The rolling process of shape slab is simulated nume rically by rigid plastic finite element method(R.P.FEM).The constraint relation ship between velocity components of nodal points on the side sloping contact fac e is discussed.The spread at side edges,the metal filled degree at ribs,separati ng force and rolling torque are obtained and in a good agreement with the experi mental ones.And the distributions of equivalent strain rate and metal flow are also calculated.
