摘要
讨论了一类电液位置控制系统,它由一个可连续调节流量的小流 量阀和一个开关型的大流量阀并联组成。对其稳定性条件、位置控制性能等进行了分析,并 以比例阀和开关阀并联系统为例,说明此类系统成本低廉,避免运用昂贵的大流量电液伺服 阀,特别适用于那些需要快速定位,定位精度高,并且工作时仅在小范围内需要调整的电液位置控制系统。
One type of hydraulic control system is discussed. It consists of two valves, one is a small flow rate valve, which can control the hydraulic flow continuously and has high dynamic performance, the other is a la rge flow rate valve, which only has on-off capacity. They are parallel connected to control the hydraulic cylinder. The control strategy, stability conditions and position control performances are discussed. As an example, a parallel c onnected prportional valve and directional valve position control system is stu died.
