摘要
本文研讨了一种新型陶瓷电容压力传感器的CAD方法。作者分别用混合惩罚函数法和约束降维法进行优化设计,在相同初始条件下,得到的结果相近,说明两种优化软件设计方法是正确的,这对传感器结构性能设计有指导意义。
A CAD meth od for ceramic capacitance pressure transducer is studied. The sequential unconstrained minimization techique and the alterating variable method with constraints are used. The results obtained by both methods are similar on the same original condition. It is shown that the optimum software design of both methods are correct. It is of significance for structure and properties design of a transducer.
