摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liverd isease,NAFLD)是一类由遗传-环境-代谢应激相关因素所致的,以弥漫性肝细胞大泡性脂肪变性和肝小叶内炎症为主要特征的临床病理综合征[1]。近年来,随着人们生活习惯、饮食结构的改变等多种因素的影响,非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病率日益增高。既往认为非酒精性脂肪肝是一种"良性病变",但后来的研究发现,非酒精性脂肪肝和肝炎、
