恶性肿瘤与血小板相关性的研究进展

摘要 1血小板及其参数 血小板来自骨髓造血干细胞生成的巨核细胞,是血液循环中最小的无核细胞成分,检测血小板参数可反映血小板功能情况。血小板参数包括血小板（PLT）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）、平均血小板体积（MPV）,大血小板比率（P-LCR）、血小板比积（PCT）。体内血小板数量的多少直接反应骨髓造血情况,血小板的大小和体积,既反映骨髓内巨核细胞的增生、代谢及血小板生成情况,
