逍遥散对抑郁模型大鼠血浆NPY、SP、SS含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨逍遥散对抑郁症大鼠血浆中神经肽Y(NPY)、P物质(SP)和生长抑素(SS)含量的影响。方法将120只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、氟西汀组、逍遥散低、中、高剂量组。除正常组外,其它大鼠以慢性轻度不可预见性应激结合孤养造模,观察逍遥散对抑郁大鼠血清中NPY、SP及SS含量的影响。结果逍遥散能降低抑郁症大鼠血清中的NPY、SP和SS水平。结论逍遥散对抑郁大鼠具有一定疗效,其抗抑郁机制可能与调节血浆中NPY、SP、SS水平有关。
