中医护理干预对糖尿病患者血糖的影响

The Influence of Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine which Interferes with the Health of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨中医护理干预对糖尿病治疗效果的影响。方法将72例糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各36例,2组均接受常规的治疗和护理,对实验组患者及家属额外进行健康教育及中医护理干预,并对2组患者治疗后血糖进行跟踪评定。结果试验组血糖指标比对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论有效的中医护理干预能提高糖尿病患者药物治疗效果,有效的控制血糖。

Objective Research on the nursing intervention of Chinese medicine on the therapeutic effect of diabetes. Methods The 72 diabetic patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average,and both 2 groups take conventional treatment and nursing care. The special nursing intervention of Chinese medicine is implemented on the experimental group,as well as the health education are provided to the experimental group＇ families,and the follow-up research about the blood sugar level of 2 groups will be done after the treatment. Findings The glycemic index of the experimental group are improved significantly comparing with the control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclesion The effective nursing intervention can improve the functions of diabetes medication.
