摘要
当前我国乡镇卫生人力资源配置问题主要表现为存量不足、区域失衡、学历及职称结构不合理,究其原因是各级财政投入不足、未根据乡村卫生的特点培养人才、继续教育机制不健全、区域配置失衡。因此,应增加财政投入、加强继续医学教育、完善乡镇就业激励机制、优化人才流动政策,实现乡镇卫生人力资源的优化配置。
Chinese rural health human resource allocation problem is mainly to insufficient stock, regional imbalance, unreasonable structure of qualifications and titles, the reasons are the inadequate levels of financial investment, not to train according to the characteristics of the rural health, continuing education mechanism is not perfect, regional allocation is irabalanced. Therefore, the government should increase financial input and strengthen the continuing medical education, improve the township employment incentives, and optimize the flow of talent policies, to achieve township optimal allocation of human resources of health.
