摘要
本文叙述了几种复合氧化物气敏半导体材料的合成。做成的气敏元件灵敏度高,选择性好,比较稳定,响应和恢复时间快,是较好的酒敏。
Some semiconductor materials of composite oxide for gas sensors were compounded, and the developed devices are sensitive to alcohol with high sensitivity, good selectivity and stability, short response and restoring time.
