摘要
目的:探讨奥氮平、利培酮及氯氮平对精神分裂症患者血清心肌酶谱的影响。方法:采用服药治疗超过五年以上的患者作为研究对象,共217例,其中服用奥氮平60例、利培酮57例、氯氮平100例.检测心肌酶谱:肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB亚型(cK—MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST).结果:心肌酶谱指标cK—MB在三组患者之间存在统计学差异(P〈0.01),其中氯氮平组明显高于与奥氮平组利培酮组。结论:奥氮平、利培酮及氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者对心肌酶谱可产生一定的影响,以氯氮平组变化最为显著。
Objective : olanzapine and risperidone and clozapine on schizophrenia patients serum myocardial enzyme spectrum of influence. Methods : drug treatment more than five years of the patients as the research object, a total of 217 patients. The taking olanzapine sixty cases, risperidone and clozapine 57 cases of 10(I cases. Detection of myocardial enzyme spectrum, creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isozyme MB subtype (CK - MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aspartic acid transaminase (AST). Results : the myocardial enzyme index CK - MB in three groups were between the statistical difference (P 〈 0.01), which is obviously higher than that of clozapine group with olanzapine group of risperidone group.Conclusiorls : olanzapine and risperidone and clozapine treatment of schizophrenia patients of myocardial enzyme spectrum can produce certain effect to clozapine group of the most significant changes.
