摘要 目的:对快速无水银二氧化碳结合力测定器(量积法)…与美国贝克曼(Beckman)CX5全自动生化分析仪(电极法)测定血清二氧化碳结合力(C02combiningpower,CO2CP)进行方法学比较与偏差评估。方法:依据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会EP9-A文件,每天取临床标本12份,分别用两种方法测定标本的二氧化碳结合力.共测定15天,记录检验结果,检查离散点,计算线性方程和相关系数(r),进行偏倚估计。结果:二氧化碳结合力两种方法得出r=0.981,相关性良好,两种方法测定值的差异无统计学意义;相对偏差分别为0.5%,1.7%,均小于允许偏差的结论3.41%。结论:测定血清二氧化碳结合力的两种方法(量积法与电极法)结果基本一致,具有临床可比性,可以为临床所接受。 Objective : To compare the fast without mercury CO2 combining power determination with the electrode methed of American Beckman CX5 to determine serum CO2 combining power ( CO2CP ), and the bias was evaluated. Methods : According to the document EPg-A of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards ( NCCLS ), 12 clinical specimens were taken everyday, the two methods were used to determine CO2CP, for 15days, and the results got record, the discrete points were checked, the linear equation got list, the related coefficient (r) got calculated, and the bias were estimated. Results : The result s of two groups were correlated ( r=0.981 ) .The results mean the two groups paired test showed that the difference was not statistically siguificant[t〈t0.05/2 (79), P〉0.05] ; The expected bias (0.5%, 1.7% ) was in the range of acceptable bias (3.41%) . Conclusions : Serum CO2CP of the two taws (volume and electrode) results are basically cons&tent.There is comparability with them. The determination o fCO2CP by them can be accepted by clinical doctors.
