鲍曼不动杆菌的检测及耐药分析

The detection and drug resistance analysis of Acinetobacter baumannii

目的：了解我院近年鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布情况及其耐药性，以配合临床合理用药。方法：从临床标本中分离鲍曼不动杆菌，用K—B法进行药敏试验，按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）2001年制定最新规划及标准进行结果判读。结果：2009年1月-2011年1月，我院共分离出不动杆菌308株，其中鲍曼不动杆菌242株，占不动杆菌78．51％，痰液标中分离出182株，占75．35％；尿标本中分离出17株，占7．18％；脑脊液标本分离出4株，占1．63％；胸腔积液标本分离出6株，占2．30％；分泌物标本中分离出33株，占13．54％。鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率上升，尤其对β-内酰胺类抗生素交又耐药严重，除亚胺培南外，其他药物耐药率均高于60％。结论：鲍曼不动杆菌的分离率逐年增加．耐药性逐渐增强．应引起临床重视．合理使用抗菌药物。

Objective ： To study the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of acinetobaeter baumannii in our hospital in recent years, clinical specimens Acinetobacter baumannii, with the clinical use of drugs. Methods： Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from clinical specimens by KB method for susceptibility testing and interpretation of the results of the development of the latest planning and standards in accordance with the Committee of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Standards （NCCLS） 2001. Results ： January 2009 to January 2011, I was isolated Acinetobacter 308 bacteria, including Acinetobacter baumannii 242, accounting for 78.51% of the Acinetobacter isolated sputum marked 182, accounting for 75.35%; urinewere isolated from 17, accounting for 7.18%; CSF samples isolated four, accounting for 1.63%; pleural effusion specimens from six, accounting for 2.30%; secretion samples isolated 33, accounting for 13.54%. Acinetobacter baumannii serious cross-resistance to beta-lactam antibiotics, addition to imipenem outside, other drug resistance were higher than 60%.Conclusions ： Acinetobacter baumannii in clinical isolation rate has increased year by year, gradually increased resistance, should pay attention to.
