摘要
辅助逆变器为电力机车辅助设备供电,其性能直接影响着机车的整体运行情况。本文充分利用DSP的运算优势和FPGA的数字逻辑优势,共同构成核心控制系统。DSP主要完成基于SPWM异步调制和SHEPWM调制的控制算法的计算。基于ISE12.3软件开发平台,采用verilog语言使FPGA实现对主电路参数采样的控制和数据处理、逻辑IO控制、通信控制和脉冲控制,其内部双口RAM软核实现二者的数据通信。最终实现辅助逆变器定频和变频两种模式的稳定运行。实验证明了控制系统的可行性。
Auxiliary inverter provides power to the auxiliary equipment for electric locomotive, the function of which directly affects the overall running conditions of locomotives. The paper contructs core control system, by taking advantage of DSP calculation and FPGA digital logic. DSP is contructed, based on the SPWM asynchronous modulation and the calculation of the control algorithm modulated by SHEPWM. Control and data processing of main circuit parameter sampling, logic IO control, communications control and pulse control are realized by FPGA, based on ISE12.3 software developing platform and through the application of verilog language. The internal dual RAM soft core can realzie the data communication of the two. The stable functioning of the fixed-frequency and variable-frequency modes of the auxiliary inverter is realized. Experiments demonstrate that the control system is applicable.
