摘要
大功率砖形电源具有体积小,功率密度高,工作环境非常恶劣等特点。本文分析了大功率砖形电源变压器和续流电感的应用环境,给出了相关散热设计方案,以满足大功率通信电源在高温、高压等恶劣条件下的应用要求,最后还给出了铝基板全砖电源优化的实例。
High power brick power supply have some features, such as a small size, high power density, the working environment is very harsh environment. The paper analyze high power brick module power supply’s transformer and inductor application environments. Gave thermal design solution to meet the requirements of high power telecom power supply in harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure applications, and provides a brick MCPCB example.
