摘要
目的:研究唇形科植物尾叶香茶菜Rabdosia excisa地上部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱等柱层析方法进行分离纯化,依据化学方法和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从尾叶香茶菜地上部位分离得到9个单体化合物,分别鉴定为dayecrystal A(1),acetylsventenic acid(2),sventenic acid(3),trichokaurin(4),maoyerabdosin(5),pedalitin(6),syringic acid(7),β-谷甾醇(8)和胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:化合物1、2、3、4和5为首次从尾叶香茶菜植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Rabdosia excisa. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were established on the basis of modern spectroscopic analysis. Results: 9 compounds isolated from the aerial parts of this plant were identified as: dayecrystal A (1), acetylsventenic acid (2), sventenic acid (3), trichokaurin (4), maoyerabdosin (5), pedalitin (6), syringic acid (7), β-sitosterol (8) and daucosterol (9) . Conclusion : It is the frist time that compound 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were isolated from Rabdosia excisa.
