人参皂苷Rh1为四环三萜达玛烷型皂苷,微量存在于人参、三七、西洋参等植物中,近年来的药理学研究表明,其在抗肿瘤、免疫调节等方面具有很好的生理活性。综述人参皂苷Rh1的药理作用,以期对人参皂苷Rh1的进一步开发研究提供参考。

Ginsenoside Rh1 is one kind of Dammarane tetracyclic triterpenoids saponins, which is a kind of micronutrients found in Panax ginseng, Panax Notoginseng and Panax quinquefolium L.. Recent pharmacological studies have revealed that Panax Notoginseng has some bio-activities on immune system, cardiocerebral vascular system, endocrine system and inflammation and so on. This thesis reviewed the pharmacological effects of ginsenoside Rh1 with the aim to provide reference for future exploitation.
