HPLC-ELSD测定复方芪参片中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of Astragaloside in Fufang Qishen Tablets by HPLC-ELSD

目的:建立复方芪参片的质量控制方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,Kromasil 100AC18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(30∶70);漂浮管温度:40℃。流速:1.0mL·min-1,载气流速:2.8L·min-1。结果:在0.8444～13.5104μg范围内,黄芪甲苷峰面积与进样量有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.48%,RSD=0.42%。结论:本方法灵活、简便、准确,可用于复方芪参片中黄芪甲苷含量的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC determination method of astragaloside in Fufang Qishen Tablets. Methods： The separation was performed on the Kromasil 100A Clscolumn （200mm×4.6mm,5μm） ; the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （30：70） ; the temperature of the drift tube was set at 40℃, the flow rate was 1.0L·min^-1 , the flow rate of gas was set at 2. 8 L·min^-1. Results： The linear range of astragaloside was 0. 844 4 - 13. 510 4 μg （ r =0. 999 9）, the average recovery rate was 98.48% , RSD was 0.42%. Conclusion： The method is accurate, precise, repeatable and suitable for the quality control of astragaloside in Fufang Qishen Tablets.
