摘要
目的:建立明目地黄丸(浓缩丸)中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇(1∶8∶4)-0.05%磷酸溶液(9∶91),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为236nm。结果:马钱苷平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=1.70%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于明目地黄丸(浓缩丸)质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of loganin in Mingmu dihuang pills. Methods: Samples were determined by HPLC on the ClS column. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase was consisted of tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol (1:8:4) -0. 05% phosphoric acid (9:91) The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 at UV detection wavelength of 236 nm. Results: The average recovery of loganin is 98. 18% (RSD = 1.70%, n = 6) . Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive and reproducibility for quality control of Mingmu dihuang pills.
