案例教学法在地方院校行政管理专业教学中大量采用,并取得了一定效果,但从目前情况来看,仍然存在诸多问题与不足。无论从教师、学生、案例还是案例应用机制等方面都难以满足培养应用导向型高素质行政管理专业人才的教学要求和现实性需要。面对困境,有必要从相应环节对症下药,全面提升地方院校行政管理专业案例教学法的应用水平。

The method of case teaching is widely used in administrative management major in local universities and has taken some scores, but there are still many problems and shortcomings both from teachers, students, case, or cases of application mechanism on the current situation. It can not meet the teaching standard and the real needs to cultivate high -quality application -oriented administrative professionals. Facing the difficulties, it is necessary for us to prescribe some measures linking to the corresponding areas to promote the level of the method of case teaching in administrative management major in local universities.
