社会主义新农村建设背景下村规民约的作用

On the Role of village Regulations and Non-governmental Agreement under the Background of New Socialist Countryside Construction

农民道德建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。当前,农民道德建设主要存在以下问题:农民文化素质偏低、传统道德观念弱化、诚信缺失、生态道德意识薄弱。本文探索了村规民约在提升农民道德素质的过程中,不仅发挥了弘扬孝道、培养了农民生态道德意识的作用,还加强了农民的道德教育和自我修养。此外,本文对完善村规民约的内容和落实村规民约的策略提出了一些建议。

Moral days, the construction lack of credibility and regulations to improve construction of farmers is an important part of the construction of a new countryside. Nowa- has some problems, such as low cultural quality, the weakening of traditional moral values, the weak ecological moral consciousness. This paper gives some suggestions about village famers＂ moral level and how to expand the contents and implement them.
