摘要
提出一种新型交错并联双向DC/DC变换器,该变换器具有输入电流与输出电流纹波小、开关器件电压应力低、输入输出电压变换比大、各相电感电流自动均流的优点。因此,该新型的交错并联双向DC/DC变换器非常适合应用于一些大变换比的场合(如新能源并网系统及储能系统等)。详细分析该新型交错并联双向DC/DC变换器采用交错控制策略下的工作原理,推导出该新型的交错并联双向DC/DC变换器工作于两种模式下(即Boost模式和Buck模式)的输入输出电压变换比及电感电流纹波表达式,绘制出其主要工作波形。最后,通过一个35 W的原理样机验证理论分析的正确性。
A novel interleaved parallel bidirectional DC/DC converter was proposed, and this new converter not only has low input and output current ripple, low voltage stress of switches, high voltage conversion ratio, but also has the features of automatic current sharing in each phase. So it is very suitable for the application in which high voltage conversion ratio is needed (for example, new energy grid-connected system and energy storage system). In this paper, the operating principle of the new bidirectional DC/DC converter was analyzed and the voltage conversion ratio, expressions of inductor current in Boost mode and Buck mode were deduced, and the operating waveforms were given as well. Finally, a 35 W prototype converter is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
