摘要
为提高单变频器驱动多并联电机系统在负载不均衡情况下的性能,提出一种基于加权矢量的新型多异步电机并联情况下的协调控制策略。给出两速度非耦合电机加权矢量控制模型,推导出动态控制过程中两电机的加权定子励磁电流和转矩电流的计算方法。依据电机的负载和速度实时计算加权值,自动分配矢量控制权重,实现速度非耦合多电机在负载不均衡工况下协调控制。实验结果表明,提出的多电机协调控制的新方法克服了既有的多电机平均矢量控制方法在较大负载不均衡时难于正常启动的不足,同时在负载不均衡突变时动态效果良好。
To improve unbalanced load control performance of paralleled-cormected multiple induction motors (IMs) fed by a single inverter, a novel control strategy based on weighted vector was proposed. The weighted vector control model of two IMs was presented, then the expression of weighted excitation current and torque current of two speed uncoupling motors were derived. The weight values are calculated and distributed automatically to two motor vectors in unbalanced load according to the torques and speeds. The experiment result in multiple IMs platforms proved that the proposed method overcomes the shortcoming of conventional method which may not start at heavy unbalanced load and improves the performance of dynamic response with a sudden change of unbalanced load.
