The Relationship Between Serum Levels of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2, -9 and the Severity Condition in Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平与急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征的关系。方法:72例冠心病患者分为稳定型心绞痛组34例和急性冠脉综合征组38例,其中急性冠脉综合征组包括不稳定型心绞痛患者13例和急性心肌梗死患者25例;根据冠脉造影检查结果,72例患者再分为单支病变24例、双支病变21例和三支病变27例;对照组为冠脉正常患者26例。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定所有患者术前1天血清MMP-2,MMP-9水平。结果:①急性冠脉综合征组血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平高于稳定型心绞痛组以及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);稳定型心绞痛组血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);急性心肌梗死患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平高于不稳定型心绞痛患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平在正常对照、单支病变、双支病变和三支病变患者间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清MMP-2、MMP-9表达水平与急性冠脉综合征病情的严重程度有关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), MMP-9 and the severity condition in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods:A total of 72 patients were divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP) group, n=34 and ACS group, n=38, ACS group including unstable angina peetoris (UAP) subgroup, n=13 and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) subgroup, n=25. The patients were also divided into another 3 groups as Single branch lesion group, n=24, Double branch lesion group, n= 21 and Three branch lesion group, n= 27. Control group had 26 subjects with normal coronary artery. The serum levds of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were examined and compared among all groups at I day before the operation. Results: ① Serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in ACS group was higher than those in SAP group and Control group, P〈0.05. MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels were similar between SAP group and Control group, P〉0.05. MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in AMI subgroup were higher than that in UAP subgroup, P〈0.05.② MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels were similar among Control group, Single, Double and Three branch lesion groups, P〉0.05. Conclusion: Serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 might be correlated with the severity condition in ACS patients.
