摘要
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,高脂食物摄入不断增加,引起体内脂质代谢平衡紊乱,导致高血脂患者数量急剧增多。降血脂物质主要通过对胆固醇和甘油三酯的体内合成代谢及相关的酶类活性产生效果。本文对降血脂物质降低血脂的分子机制研究进展进行综述。
With the rise of life standards, high-fat food intake is increasing. It causes balance disorders of metabolism, leading to a sharp increase in the number of patients with high cholesterol. Lipid-lowering agents mainly have effects on synthesis of cholesterol and zymes. This paper is a review of researches on mol gents triglyceride in vivo and activity of the metabolism-related en- ecular mechanisms of lowering blood lipids by lipid-lowering agents.
