构建社会主义和谐社会是党在新时期的社会整合战略,它为党的社会整合提供了方向和路径,也为党加强执政能力建设、提高社会整合能力指明了着力点。现阶段,中国共产党的社会整合必须以利益分化为出发点,以和谐社会的价值追求为归宿,建构起以利益整合为核心、以制度整合为保障、以价值整合为基础、以组织整合为依托的"四位一体"的社会整合机制,协调好各方面的利益关系,以实现对当代中国利益分化社会的有效整合。

Building a harmonious communist society is the party＇s social integration strategy in the new era, it provide the direction and path for the party＇s social integration, as well as point out the acting point for the party to strengthen the construction of ruling ability, improve social integration ability. At present, the social integration of the communist party of China must take interest differentiation as a starting point; take the value pursuit of a harmonious society as the end-result; construct a ＂four-in-one＂ social integration mechanism which takes the interest integration as the core, makes the system integration as the guarantee, bases on the value integration and organization integration; coordinate all aspects of the interest relations; in order to achieve the effective integration of contemporary Chinese social interest differentiation.
