可吸收外科缝线连续缝合会阴侧切口的临床应用

目的:探讨可吸收线用于会阴侧切口缝合的应用效果。方法:在2011-01～2012-06经阴道分娩550例,其中465例会阴侧切口采用可吸收线连续缝合。结果:切口愈合好,住院时间缩短,提高床位周转率,节省了医疗费用,疼痛减轻,受到产妇的欢迎。结论:可吸收线连续缝合会阴侧切口,皮肤采用皮内缝合无需拆线,不留针眼、外表更为美观,值得临床推广应用。
