摘要 目的:探讨CT血管成像(CTA)、MR血管成像(MRA)与数字减影血管成像(DSA)在颅内动脉瘤检查中的应用及其互补关系。方法:回顾性分析44例经DSA证实,并同时经过CTA、MRA检查的颅内动脉瘤患者影像资料。结果:44例患者中,CTA检查阴性为4例,而MRA则为6例,分别漏诊了4例和6例动脉瘤患者,CTA、MRA检查的敏感性分别为90.9%、85.7%。结论:CTA及MRA的安全性、方便性较DSA高,同时对颅内动脉瘤的检出率及特异性较高,二者可作为DSA的辅助检查手段。 Objective:To investigate the value of the CTA,MRA and DSA for the intracranial aneurysm. Methods:CTA, MRA and DSA findings of 44 patients with intracranial aneurysm were retropectively analyzed. Results: The DSA inspection discovered 44 positive cases, CTA inspection discovered 40 positive eases, and MRA discovered 38 positive cases in all 44 patients. The sensitivity of CTA and MRA were 90. 9%, 85. 7% respectively: Conclusions:CTA and MRA can be used as auxiliary method of DSA. Inspection method should be chosen depending on the clinical requirements, so as to give full play to the imaging technology and achieve the best diagnosis and treatment purposes.
