妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果分析

The Result Analyze of Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Marvelon

目的:探讨妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果情况。方法:对更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者120例临床治疗进行分析,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组(常规治疗组)60例和观察组(妈富隆治疗组)60例。结果:观察组更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者血清促卵素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素水平(E2)水平均明显低于对照组,同时观察组临床疗效评价优于对照组(P<0.05),研究结果的差异有统计学意义。结论:妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者可以改善机体激素水平,改善临床症状。

Objective：To approach the result of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Marvelon. Methods：To analyze climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital, which was to be divided into control group （routine treatment group） 30 cases and detection group（ Marvelon treatment group） 60 cases. Results：The clinical effieacy、FSH,LH, E2 of detection group were better than control group, then incidence of adverse reactions of detection group were lower than control group ,P 〈 0. 05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusions：The clinical efficacy of curing climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Marvelon was obviously,fewer adverse reactions,which was to be used.
