眼眶表皮样囊肿CT诊断与病理分析

Orbital Epidermoid Cyst CT Diagnosis and Pathological Analysis

目的:探讨眼眶表皮样囊肿CT表现。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实5例眼眶表皮样囊肿CT图像资料,并结合病理分析。结果:CT示眼眶外上区圆形或类圆形低密度肿块,密度均匀,CT值-167 Hu～12 Hu,囊壁薄而光整,边界清楚。结论:CT能明确病灶大小、形态、密度以及与邻近结构的关系,为手术入路提供图像依据,提高手术成功率。结合临床,CT对多数眼眶表皮样囊肿可作出准确诊断。

Objective：To explore the orbital epidermoid cyst CT perfnrmance. Methods：Retrnspective analysis confirmed by pathology 5 cases of orbital epidermoid c.yst CT image data, and combined with palhological analysis. Results：CT and orbit outside the area round or kind of circular low density bump, density uniformity, CT value - 167 Hu - 12 ttu, capsule wall thin and light the whole, boundary clear. Conclusions：CT can make clear focal size, morphoh^gy, density and adjacent structure, the relation between the for surgical approach provides image according to improve the success rate of the operation. Combined with clinical, CT for mnst orbital epidennoid cyst can make accurate diagnosis.
