摘要
针对现有林火视频监控布局面临的问题,综合运用GIS建模、空间分析、数学建模技术,设计一个通用的林火视频监控空间优化布局与评价技术框架,进而研究其实现技术,同时以北京市密云县为实验区,构建了林火视频监控空间优化布局方案,并通过布局评价指标体系对方案进行了评价。结果表明,提出的空间优化布局与评价技术有效可行,具有一定的适用性。
An optimal arrangement and evaluation technique framework and implementation of forest fire video monitoring were proposed in this study, to solve the problems of the existing forest fire video monitoring arrangement. Miyun County of Beijing City was selected as the experimental zone to construct the optimal arrangement of forest fire video monitoring. Then, the arrangement was evaluated based on the arrangement evaluation index system designed in this paper. Results show that, the optimal arrrangement and evaluation technique is effective and feasible, and can be applied generally and replicated to some extent.
