摘要
目的探讨苍耳子提取物对S180株的抑制作用及对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法建立小鼠种植性S180肉瘤模型,将低(5g/kg体重)、中(10g/kg体重)、高(20g/kg体重)浓度苍耳子提取物分别给予S180荷瘤小鼠,观察其抑瘤率、对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官重量及碳粒廓清指数、血清半数溶血素值(CH50)的影响;并设5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)组与对照组与之比较。结果对S180荷瘤小鼠分别给予低、中、高浓度苍耳子提取物和5-FU,结果发现对S180肉瘤的抑瘤率分别为13.41%、26.22%、44.51%和25.00%,抑瘤率随苍耳子提取物给药浓度的增加而升高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。S180荷瘤小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量随给药浓度的提高而增加(P<0.01);小鼠碳粒廓清指数、血清半数溶血素值均较对照组增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论苍耳子提取物对S180肉瘤具有明显的毒性和抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of xanthium extract on sarcoma cell strain S180 cells and the impact on immune functions of tumor-bearing mice. Methods A S180 cells planted tumor model of mice was established. Different concentrations (5g/kg, lOg/kg, 20g/kg) of xanthium extract (low, middle and high concentration xanthium groups) were respectively given to S180 tumor-bearing mice for observing the its inhibiting tumor rate and its impact on the weight of immune organs, carbon granular clearance index and serum median hemolysin value (CH50) of tumor-bearing mice. Additionally, the control group and 5-FU group were designed to compare with the xanthium groups. Results The inhibiting tumor rates of low, middle, high concentration xanthium groups and 5-FU group were 13.41% ,26.22% ,44.5% and 25.00%, respectively in S180 tumor-bearing mice, and there were all statistical significances compared with control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). In low, middle, high concentration xanthium groups, the inhibiting tumor rates increased with the increase of medication concentration ( P 〈 O. O1 ), and the weights of thymus and spleen increased also with the increase of medication concentration ( all P 〈 0.01 ) ; the carbon granular clearance index and serum CH50 raised all compared with control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ).
