血清B型利钠肽水平与心肌梗死面积及预后的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析血清B型利钠肽(BNP)水平与心肌梗死面积关系,并探讨其与预后的关系。方法随机选取2010年12月至2011年12月于我院接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者45例作为观察组,选取同期45例健康志愿者作为对照组,运用ELISA法对2组的BNP含量进行测定,应用心肌梗死损伤积分法观察患者的心肌梗死面积,分析BNP与心肌梗死面积和预后的关系。结果观察组入院当天和治疗7d后BNP水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),观察组患者治疗7d后与入院当天的BNP含量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心肌梗死面积越大,BNP含量越高(P<0.05)。结论 BNP与心肌梗死面积存在正相关联系,可以作为推测心肌梗死的病变程度一项指标,对预后判断有着重要的临床价值。
