水杨酸和壳聚糖复合浸种对铅铜复合胁迫下芥菜毒害效应的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以福州宽杆芥菜为试验材料,以铅铜、水杨酸、壳聚糖为变量,试验采用单因素随机设计,设10个处理,每个处理3次重复,通过种子萌发试验来研究水杨酸和壳聚糖复合浸种对铅铜复合污染下芥菜毒害的缓解程度。试验表明:随着铅铜复合污染的加剧,宽杆芥菜种子的萌发指标、幼根生长指标和叶绿素b含量均显著下降,苗鲜重、苗干重、叶绿素a、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素均呈先增后减的趋势。而0.50mmol/L水杨酸和50mg/L壳聚糖复合浸种能显著地减缓芥菜种子的萌发指标、幼根生长指标以及子叶光合色素含量的下降,对苗高和苗鲜重也起着促进作用。总之,铅铜复合胁迫不利于宽杆芥菜种子的萌发和幼根的生长,0.50mmol/L水杨酸和50mg/L壳聚糖复合浸种能显著缓解芥菜的毒害。 Taken the seeds of Brassica juncea as materials and lead, copper, salicylic acid and chitosan as variables, seed germination experiment of ten treatments which had three repeats were designed to study the relief effect of combined salicylic acid and chitosan on toxic effect of B. juncea under combined lead and copper stress. The result showed that, with the increasing of combined lead and copper concentration, seed germination, seedling root growth and chloro- phyll b content of B. juncea decreased obviously, and fresh weight of seedling, dry weight of seedling, chlorophyll a, total chlorophyll and carotenoid content appeared an increasing trend first and then decreasing trend. Seed soaking with combined 0.50 mmol/L salicylic acid and 50 mg/L chitosan could relieve the decrease of seed germination, seedling root growth and cotyle- don chloroplast cytochrome of B. juncea under combined lead and copper stress,and it could promote the increase of seedling height and fresh seedling weight. In a word, combined lead and copper was not good for seed germination and seedling root growth, and combined 0.50 mmol/L salicylic acid and 50 mg/L chitosan could relieve the poison of B. juncea remarkably.
