Analysis on F1000 recommended papers in cardiovascular medicine and biology

摘要 目的通过检索F1000数据库心血管领域,对推荐文献进行分析,了解该数据库目前的基本情况和特点。方法于2013年3月12日,检索F1000数据库,时间选择1999—2013年,选择"心血管医学数据库"和"心血管生物数据库",利用计算机编程将检索结果导入Excel建立数据库,使用统计软件进行分析。结果截至2013年3月12日,F1000共入选104 449篇文献。在"心血管医学数据库"中,共有4009篇被推荐文献,其中FFa≥6分的共152篇(3.79%)。在"心血管生物数据库"中,共有2639篇被推荐文献,其中FFa≥6分的共128篇(4.85%)。两者比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。2012年的心血管医学研究共检出149篇,其中FFa≥10分2篇(1.34%),8~10分的2篇(1.34%),6~8分的论文2篇(1.34%),<6分的143篇(95.97%)。搜索第一作者为中国(含香港、澳门、台湾)的,共检出63篇。FFa均无超过6分的表现。结论通过F1000数据库可以了解期刊发表的哪些文章受到专家的关注以及专家是如何评价某篇文章的。但存在覆盖面不广,有选择偏倚的问题。 Objective To investigate the situation and characteristics of the the papers recommended by F1000 database. Methods On March 12, 2013 " cardiovascular medicine " and " cardiovascular biology" were chosen from F1000 database between the year 1999 and 2013, the recommended papers were analyzed. Results A total of 104 449 papers were recommended in F1000. Of which 4009 papers in "cardiovascular medicine", 152 papers (3.79%) had F1000 article factor (FFa) 96, and 2639 papers in "cardiovascular biology", 128 papers (4. 85 % ) had F1000 article factor (FFa) ≥ 6 ( P = 0. 035 ). Search the first author from China (including Hong Kong, Taiwan), 63 papers were detected, but FFa were no more than 6 points. Conclusions F1000 recommended papers are of high academic level, hut not wide coverage enough, and has a problem of selection bias.
