白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of homocoagulase on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract

目的:观察白眉蛇毒血凝酶(邦亭)治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:观察上消化道出血患者使用白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗的临床疗效,并比较用药前后患者血小板数目,红细胞数目以及凝血酶原时间的变化情况。结果:用药前后,患者血小板数目具有差异,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白眉蛇毒血凝酶在临床上用于上消化道出血患者的治疗是安全有效的。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of homocoagulase（Bangting）on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. METHODS The clinical effect of homocoagulase on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract was investigated, and the numbers of platelet and erythroeyte and prothrombin time were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS Compare to before treat merit, the platelet number was different after treatment, and the result had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The treatment of homocoagulase on hemorrhage of upper digestive tract is safe and effective.
