针对城市“蚁族”的普适性住宅的探究

The Exploration for the City "Ant" Universal Housing

随着中国城市进入快速发展与建设阶段,"蚁族"这个随着我国发展出现的新名词,是对大学毕业生低收入群体的形象称呼。由于刚刚迈入社会,"蚁族"作为社会"并发症"产生的一个社会弱势群体,这一群体的生存状况、居住状况令人堪忧。笔者从专业的角度通过对蚁族群体的生存条件进行调研,剖析蚁族群体的生活习性,心理特点;提出了构建针对城市蚁族的普适性住宅的设想,通过对住宅的单体平面、结构、构造和对群体的布局,施工到后期管理等方面的设计,旨在缓解蚁族群体的生存压力,同时也为城市的健康发展做出一定的回应。

With the city coming into the rapid development and construction phase, the new term of ＂ant tribe＂ appears, which represents the new graduates from colleges, with low-income. Just entering the society, the ＂ant tribe＂ is arising as a socially disadvantaged group. Their living conditions is worrying. This paper analyzes the living conditions of the ＂ant tribe＂, their living habits and psychological characteristics. It also presents the idea of building a universal housing project for urban ＂ant tribe＂, a residential monomer plane, with the description of structural design, layout principles, construction and management. It aims at easing the pressure on the survival conditions of the ＂ant tribe＂, and contributing to the healthy development of the city.
