烟用材料交验抽样特性值的计算与应用

摘要 为有效评价烟用材料交验抽样方案的科学性与合理性,在分析烟用材料交验特点的基础上,提出了基于二项分布的烟用材料交验抽样方案中抽样特性值的计算方法,并运用Excel对两种不同抽样方案A(13,1)和B(32,5)的接收概率、风险质量等抽样特性值进行了计算和分析。结果表明,当产品质量水平较高(不合格品率为8.5%)时,A方案的接收概率69.57%小于B方案94.99%,说明对于质量较好的一批产品,A方案误判率过高;当产品质量水平较低(不合格品率为30%)时,方案A,B的接收概率均不超过7%,低于通常设定的使用方风险10%。因此,B方案更为科学、合理。 In order to evaluate an acceptance sampling scheme for cigarette material on a scientific and rational base, a binomial distribution-based method for calculating the characteristic values of sampling was proposed by analyzing the acceptance characteristics of cigarette material. The values of acceptance probability, risk quality, etc, of two sampling schemes, A (13, 1) and B (32, 5), were calculated and analyzed with Excel. The results showed that the acceptance probability (69.57%) of scheme A was lower than that (94.99%) of scheme B, it indicated that the misjudgment rate of A was too high for a batch of products with better quality (rate of unqualified products was 8.5%). However, the acceptance probability of both A and B was under 7% when the product was of lower quality (rate of unqualified products was 30%), which was less than the setting CRQ of 10%. Therefore, the sampling scheme B was more scientific and rational.
