摘要
文章论述了BIM的含义和相关的支撑技术,分析了基于BIM技术的建筑设计软件的技术特点及应用BIM的建筑设计的特点,介绍了BIM技术在建筑工程项目全生命周期的应用,及以"最小BIM"为评价指标的BIM能力成熟度模型。文章最后指出一体化项目交付(IPD)是实施BIM的理想的组织形式。
This paper offers a definition of Building Information Modeling(BIM) and its supporting technologies and an analysis of the technical characteristics of BIM design softwares and the features of architectural design using BIM,while introducing the applications of BIM in the full lifecycle of AEC project,as well as the BIM Capability Maturity Model whose index of evaluation is Minimum BIM.Integrated Project Delivery(IPD) as an ideal form of organization to implement BIM is also presented here.
