The planning extracts design concept of Apsaras from Lanzhou＇s local culture, utilizes the cultural connotation, beautiful form and glorious implication of Apsaras to fit the geographical culture, the status quo land morphology and living area planning layout morphological as well as residents＇ wonderful demands of life, finally creates an auspicious prospect of well-being for urban residents.
