In view of the current state of aging society in China, this paper proposes a integration technology solution for the housing for the aged in aspects of residential supporting facilities, outdoor precautions, residential renovation, function space, ancillary facilities, health technology and residential district concern. It is expected to build a good house for ordinary people.
