Comparison among Chinese, American and Japanese Housing Design for the Aged

从住宅适老性设计理念出发,针对目前老年人的居住困难问题,探讨了美国的《通用住宅设计》、日本的《应对长寿社会的住宅设计指南》和中国的《老年人居住建筑设计标准》3个设计指导标准之间的差异。

Starting from the idea of housing design for the aged and aiming at the residential difficulties of the aged, this paper explores the difference among three standards of design guidelines： Chinese Code for Design of Residential Building for the Aged, American universal Design in Home, and Japanese Housing Design Guidelines in the Society of Longevity.
