通用于多种柜体结构的柜类家具旁板模块设计(二)

摘要 为了家具模块化设计理论能够在家具生产企业中实际应用,真正帮助企业实现模块化设计系统,文章以板式柜类家具为例对其核心部件—旁板模块进行具体的模块化设计分析与计算。文章通过对7种不同柜体结构的分析,根据家具模块化设计原则,列出适用于7种柜体结构的标准旁板模块设计、尺寸公式与排钻方式。这些标准模块能够应用于不同柜体结构和柜体尺寸,确保企业产品的个性化和多样化;所有模块在孔位与尺寸的设计上最大程度的满足在同一生产线上进行批量化生产。达到解决客户的个性化需求与企业生产的批量化之间的矛盾。 In order to the theory of furniture modular design can be applicated practically in furniture enterprise and modular design system can be realized,the cole components side board's modular design is analyzed and calculated detailedly though board cabinet as an example.Through analyzing 7 different cabinet structures,holes location of standard side boards is designed according to the theory of furniture modular design,and their size formulas, way of drilling holes are also provided.These standard modules can be applied to different structures and sizes of cabinets for ensuring products individuation and diversification; Holes location and size of these rnodules are designed in the greatest degree applied to mass production in the same production line,therefore the contradiction between personalized needs of customers and mass production of enterprise will be solved.
