摘要
目的探讨抗辐灵对微波辐射后大鼠血清中心肌酶和Ca2+的影响。方法 120只二级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组(C)、辐射对照组(R)、阳性药对照组(A)、抗辐灵0.75g/(kg/d)组(L)、抗辐灵1.5 g/(kg/d)组(M)、抗辐灵3 g/(kg/d)组(H)。抗辐灵药物组给予抗辐灵溶液,A组给予1.5 g/(kg/d)安多霖,C组和R组均给予等比体积的蒸馏水。采用30 mW/cm2微波辐射大鼠1次,辐射时间为15 min。辐射当天开始灌胃给药,每日1次,连续14 d。于给药7 d(辐射后7 d)、停药后6 h(辐射后14 d)、停药后7 d(辐射后21 d),采用全自动生化检测仪检测大鼠血清中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性及Ca2+含量。结果 (1)R、A、L、M及H组与C组相比较:辐射后7 d,R组大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);辐射后14 d,R组大鼠血清中CK-MB活性和Ca2+含量仍明显增高(P<0.05);辐射后21 d,各组间CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量均无明显改变(P>0.05)。(2)A、L、M及H组与R组相比较:给药7 d(辐射后7 d),大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);停药后6 h(辐射后14 d),A、M及H组CK-MB活性和A、L、M及H组Ca2+含量仍有明显降低(P<0.05);停药后7 d(辐射后21 d),CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量均无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。(3)L、M及H组与A组相比较:大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量各时间点各组间均未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论微波辐射可引起大鼠血清中心肌酶及Ca2+异常升高;抗辐灵和安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠血清中心肌酶及Ca2+升高均具有良好的治疗作用,1.5 g/(kg/d)为抗辐灵最佳有效剂量。
Objective To investigate the effects of a compound Chinese medicine " Kang Fu Ling" (KFL) on serum myocardial enzyme and Ca2+ in rats irradiated by microwave. Methods One hundred and twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group (C) , microwave irradiation control group (R), positive drug (a compound Chinese medicine "An Duo Lin") control group (A), 0.75 g/(kg/d) KFL group (L), 1.5 g/(kg/d) KFL group (M), and 3 g/(kg/d) KFL group (H). All KFL groups were gavaged with KFL solutions. The group A was gavaged with 1.5 g/(kg/d) An Duo Lin (ADL), and groups C and R were garaged with isometric distilled water. The rats in the groups R, A and all KFL groups were exposed to 30 mW/cm2 microwave irradiation for 15 min. The rats were gavaged for 14 days since the day of microwave irradiation. The levels of serum creatine ki- nase - MB (CK-MB) , lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and Ca2+ were evaluated using an automatic biochemical analyzer at 7, 14 and 21 days after irradiation. Results ( 1 ) The activities of serum CK-MB, LDH and AST, and Ca2+ content in the group R were significantly elevated (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) at 7 days after microwave irradiation. The activity of serum CK-MB and Ca2+ content in the group R were still higher than those in the group C at 14 days after microwave irradiation ( P 〈 0.05 ). The activities of serum CK-MB, LDH and AST, and Ca2 + content between the groups R, A, L, M and H showed no significant difference compared with that in the group C at 21 days after microwave irradiation. (2) After 7 days of KFL administration, i. e. 7 days after microwave irradiation, the activities of serum CK-MB, LDH and AST, and Ca2+ content in the groups A, L, M and H were significantly de- creased as compared with that in the group R (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Six hours after the last KFL, i. e. 14 days after microwave irradiation, the activity of serum CK-MB in the groups A, M and H and Ca2+ content in the groups A, L, M and H were still significantly lower than those in the group R. Seven days after the last KFL administration, i. e. 21 days after microwave irradiation, there were no significant difference in the activities of serum CK-MB, LDH and AST, and Ca2 + content between the groups A, L, M and H and the group R (P 〈 0.05). (3) As compared with the group A, the activities of serum CK- MB, LDH and AST, and Ca2+ content in the groups L, M and H showed no significant difference at all time points. Conclusions Microwave radiation may cause abnormally elevated levels of serum myocardial enzymes and Ca2+ in rats. KFL and ADL show an evident therapeutic effect on the changes of serum myo- cardial enzyme activity and Ca2+ content induced by microwave irradiation in rats, and under the condi- tions used in this study, a dosage of 1.5 g/(kg/d) KFL may be the most effective.
