摘要
总结了目前植物基因分离的方法及其成就 ,概括出 6种植物基因分离的方法 ,即序列克隆法、功能克隆法、转座子标签法、图谱分离法、消减杂交法和差异表达分析法 (c DNA- RAPD、DD- PCR、RDA和 SSH) ,并对其特点和适用范围进行了评述 .
Ways to isolate plant genes and their progress were reviewed, and 6 ways were summarized, that was, cloning methods based on sequence, cloning methods based on gene function, cloning methods based on transposon tagging, map based cloning, subtractive hybridization and cloning methods based on differentially expressed mRNAs (cDNA RAPD, DD PCR, RDA and SSH). In addition, their characterizations and applicable field were discussed.
