He-Ne激光穴位照射对人工流产和清宫术后疼痛镇痛效果的临床观察 被引量:1

Clinical Observation of He-Ne Laser Acupoint Irradiation in Relieving Pains Existing after Artificial Abortion and Dilatation and Curettage

摘要 目的观察He-Ne激光穴位照射对人工流产和清宫术后疼痛镇痛的效果。方法依据循证医学/DME原则,运用随机盲法,将人工流产、清宫术后患者116例,随机分为两组。观察组58例应用He-Ne激光照射不同三组穴位,对照组58例应用针刺穴位治疗。对He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗人工流产、清宫术后疼痛的有效性进行临床观察和评价。结果 He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗人工流产、清宫术后疼痛的临床疗效明显优于针刺穴位的方法。两组临床疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后NRS评分比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗人工流产和清宫术后疼痛,方法更为安全,与单纯应用针刺法比较疗效更佳,患者依从性更好。 Objective To explore the relative specificity of Helium-Neon laser acupoint irradiation therapy on relief from the pain after artificial a- bortion and dilatation and curettage (D&C). Methods In accordance with the principles of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) and Design, Measurement and Evaluation (DME) in Clinical Research, one hundred and sixteen patients of artificial abortion and D&C were randomly divided into two observation groups : group A contained fifty-eight patients using Helium-Neon laser irradiation on three different acupoints for analgesia; group B was made up by the rest of the total treated by acupuncture therapy to relieve the pain. To investigate and evaluate the clinical efficacy on the He-lium-Neon laser acupeint irradiation treatment for analgesia after artificial abortion and D&C. Results The therapeutic effect of He-Ne laser irradiation in relief analgesia after artificial aborition and D&C is better than adoopiting acupuncture treatment. There was significantly statistical difference in clinical therapeutic effect between group A and B (P 〈 0. 05) ; there were significant differences in the Numeric Rating Scales (NRS) before and after treatments between group A and B (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions It is significantly better applying Helium-Neon laser acupoint irradiation to analgesia after artificial abortion and D&C than purely adopting acupuncture treatment.
